Following on from our learning last week, this week we will be exploring a variety of different people who help us!
We will start our week by thinking of as many different jobs that people do that help us, such as; Police Officers, Dentists, Lifeguards, and the list continues! We will then try to sort a range of different tools that some of these people might need to be able to do their jobs.
On Tuesday we will have a go at writing our own riddles! We will choose one of the jobs we thought of and think of some clues that might help a friend to guess which person we are talking about.
On Wednesday and Thursday we are going to be looking at some number sentences that use the '-' sign. We will be finding out what this means and what we need to do when we see it. We will also be seeing the '=' sign again- can we remember what this means?
We will end our week by asking Red Class what they might like to do when they grow up!
In Phonics this week we will be consolidating our learning of the Phase 3 digraphs that we have recently been learning. We will also introduce the last of our Phase 3 tricky words: 'all' and 'her'.
We look forward to the week ahead.
